We do daily quality control as well as the monthly external quality control. We double check and confirm the relevant test results before they are given to the patients. We assure quality and accuracy.
Our highly experienced and qualified Technologists and Phlebotomists are also dedicated to delivering test results fast, and are capable of delivering test results including number of tests within 1 - 2 hours.This allows patients to have their results in just a few hours and consult a doctor at the same day.
If the results indicate something urgent, abnormal or critical , our stuff will also inform the patient as well as the doctor availability.
